Church Planting Ministries PDF Print E-mail
BCI has church planting efforts in progress in the following tribes:  Yetfa, Murkim, Kimki, and Ketemban tribal groups.   This work is being overseen and carried on by Abi Leterada who attended New Tribes Mission missionary school in Manado Indonesia.  He came to Papua in 1997, and is now one of our Directors with YMP3, bringing great experience and leadership to our organization.

When the Lord allows us to open up a training center at Masni (SP11), West Papua we hope and pray that we can train national missionaries/evangelists to help with these church planting efforts as well as new works into tribal and transmigration camps located throughout Papua and West Papua, Indonesia.

It is our desire to rise up national leaders, pastors, and missionaries for training and discipleship receiving recommendations via present and new relationships we have with local churches and leaders.

In conjunction with our local church relationships we plan on putting on BTCP (Bible Training Church Pastors and Leaders) workshops both regionally and throughout Indonesia.  We also plan on integrating the BTCP materials within the overall training to take place at PTC (Papua Training Center) and Retreat facilities.

If the Lord sees fit that we duplicate training centers and plant nationals throughout Indonesia then so be it; however we know that this is a process and dependent upon rising up faithful workers.  We will be take this a step at a time with the Lord leading and directing.
