Social helps purpose statement:

"In keeping with Christ's example, Beyond Cultures International will strive to meet the social needs of the people groups we work with in order that our ministry objective of discipling Christian leadership is attained."  www.BeyondCultures.net 

It is the goal of Beyond Cultures International to be involved in social projects that will allow BCI Social Helps to act as its own committee and with it's own set of books yet while still under the ultimate governing authority and accountability to Beyond Cultures International.  

As mentioned in the mission statement above it is the priority of BCI Social Helps to seek out projects that will help facilitate the ministries of Beyond Cultures International and to help strengthen relationships of those whom we are presently working with or intend to help.

It is our goal to help develop cooperative projects that can be somewhat self supporting in order to provide nationals with future resources, better health and living standards through such projects as prevention and the treatment of malaria and other health diseases.   Other projects such as the making of mosquito nets, water filters (sanitation), agriculture, lumber and building projects, etc.   

Our literacy programs can also be considered a major component and focus to raising up community standards while facilitating the future impact and understanding of ministries by Beyond Cultures Ministries.

It is also our desire to see the rebuilding of our bookstore program which can help facilitate literacy, Bible studies, etc.
