Abi Letedara one of our Indonesian Directors, has a Theological Degree and has previous missionary training from NTM of Indonesia. Abi has opened up over 13 villages amonst several different tribal (ethnic) groups. He has been very instrumental in raising up evangelists and for ongoing church planting efforts among these tribal groups:
Yetfa (village of Bias), Murkim (Village of Milki), Kimki (Jubli village), Ketemban (Basir village and the surrounding area)
Abi has been working with these tribes since 1995 and continues to oversea the progress of the works within these tribal groups. There is still much to be done amongst these groups however the laborers are few and the needs are great. Abi and his wife Ria have been instrumental in opening up many airstrips among these various groups. The Village of Bias (Yetfa Tribe) was the first village and tribe where Abi and Ria moved in and opened up an airstrip and lived with these people for many years.

Village of Jubli - Kimki Tribe (Approx 20 miles south of Bias)
Village of Okbem - (Approximates 30 miles southwest of Bias in the mountains; About a 2-3 weeks hard hike (for natives) from Bias; ~30-40 minutes by plane)
