David & Joyce Briley - Wycliffe missionaries serving in Papua, Indonesia

 David and Joyce Briley have served in Indonesia for over 30 years!

They have been translating the Bauzi language with the New Testamentversion scheduled to be printed and dedicated in 2009!

David has been the primary translator while also working and mentoring many nationals.  David also does language consulting for other missionaries working in different language groups and serves on various language consulting committees.

Joyce is a Literacy Consualtant and New Allocations Coordinator for new Wycliffe members arriving in Papua.  She has been using her skills to teach and train missionaries and national Christians how to teach a literacy program within the various tribal languages.
