We originally incorporated Beyond Cultures International in 2005 as a three person non-profit Board, later adding on the fourth Executive Board member.  We are praying and looking to add on either one or two more board members which will bring us to a preferred total and odd number of either 5 or 7 total board members.  As the Lord leads we will seek to expand this board.

It is our desire to add on individuals that not only have a vision for missions but actually have a passion to see the world impacted for Jesus Christ.   We are seeking individuals that are full of the Spirit and wisdom as mentioned in Acts 6 and are excited about the calling that the Lord has laid upon our hearts here at Beyond Cultures International.   

Currently, the first three founding members of the incorporation are Ron Baird, Karl Swanson and Dan Bailey and then the fourth being Eric Class (added on later).   Each of the first three founding members are also officially and currently holding Officer roles and positions of President, Secretary and Treasure.   It is possible that in the future and according to BCI's ability and growth that some of these Officer roles will be handed over to other members within the organization while yet maintaining the position of Executive Board Members.

We are a religious organization who believes in being led by plurality of leadership.  We adhere to this in our curriculum and teaching, therefore our pattern of governing will be reflected in this model as we strive to have complete unanimity in moving forward and making decisions.

We are currently praying for individuals to assume roles of leadership in the capacity of a Treasure (CFO), Secretary, and those with the ability to represent the organization to other churches, organizations, foundations and amongst individuals.

Please join us in prayer as we look to God to raise qualified individuals for these roles and positions of extended leadership.  These roles offer a tremendous and exciting opportunity to an individual(s) to have an impact in the world for Christ while serving in one of these ministry positions.
